Why MAT-SA builds its own tools
Most software built for South African townships, factories and construction sites wasn't built with them in mind first. MAT-SA builds each system around a real, local problem — a spaza shop's stock room, a factory floor, a construction site — then keeps it running and improving for the people who actually use it every day.
